At the end of the corridor of my hotel in Kathmandu was the most interesting outlook. The city seemed to sprawl for ages, brick square building after brick square building. Kathmandu is often hazy due to the smog, and this particular morning was no exception. What caught my eye was the birds flying above it all, seemingly not with a care in this world - I liked this metaphor for how I should be in certain circumstances, so took the photo to remember it.
