The Orthodox churches of Kiev are bright yellow and look incredible against a dark blue sky. I found them mesmerising both inside and out. Often a detail of a photo can be more powerful than the whole photo itself, in this case I found this to be true. I like the detail on the bottom of the frame compared to the negative space in the top of the image.
